I would rather pass on the whole rental car thing (National wants $140 for that period, Avis has no cars left, plus hotels seem to charge another 15 to 20 for parking. This is a combo quasi miles run/get out of town for a day trip. I will be flying into MSY at noon on November 22, and out on the 23rd at 4pm. These have been helpful, but as this is my first trip to MSY, I am trying to fine tune my hotel selection with walking in mind. I have read the older posts on Hilton properties in the New Orleans area.
